Qigong is universal! – so it is wonderful to be able to make some of these practices more accessible to a Spanish speaking audience.
Big thanks to Jorgelina Perez for all her work in translating this book, and also thanks to Miguel Angel Barco Garcia, and Sandra de Foucault, both Long White Cloud Qigong Instructors and qualified Spanish speaking Acupuncturists who provided advice on some of the technical Chinese medicine terms in Spanish.
This is the first of the Long White Cloud Qigong books to be published in another language, and I am looking forward to there being more in the future.
