Hi everyone
I’ve had a couple of busy weekends lately attending the Auckland and Christchurch Qigong Open Days. Both were excellent events with many people attending, some to learn new skills and meet with fellow qigong practitioners, others getting their very first taste of qigong!
I gave a free mini workshop on the ‘Between Heaven and Earth’ qigong exercises and qigong therapy sessions throughout the day at both opendays.
