From time to time I get asked about adapting the standing qigong exercises for a seated position. There are lots of reasons for why you may want to do this including injury and illness. It is really quite simple to adapt the exercises, and you can get a lot of benefit from doing the exercises sitting down, so I thought I would make some videos with a few pointers on how to do this:
