The extension this week is very simple, we are just going to be adding some breath intention to the posture from week five.
Begin with your usual warm up. Settle into your Wuji posture and then raise your hands above your head. With your awareness follow a flow of energy up from beneath your feet and through your whole body and up and out through the palms of your hands and you breathe in. As you breathe out follow a flow of energy from above the palms of your hands down through your whole body and out through your feet. It is as simple as that.
You will find that by adding this breath intention the waves of energy help to shift and wash away remaining tensions that you may be holding which are still making this posture difficult.
Finish with your normal cool down.
