Another quick video about modifying an exercise for those that find it difficult. This is for the ‘Roots and Branches’ exercise in the Between Heaven and Earth (BHE) course. This exercise involves a low squat, which many people find difficult. You can get the benefit of the exercise without doing a full squat. As with other exercises, the stimulation is stronger by using a lower stance or larger range of movement, but if this is unsuitable for you, you are better off doing a small movement and still getting the benefit of a more gentle stimulation of the meridians.
